What happened to the summer?
My calender tells me its almost over, but the sun tells me otherwise
Well, i guess its getting better. The winds been picking up more and more each day, and though the breeze is nice, its still too hot to change out of my beater and shorts.
School starts tomorrow. Im really worried, too. I dont have much a way to get to the college. Im hoping to buy a car sometime later this week, and then find my way down to the dmv to take my drivers test. But until then i have to rely on my bike, the bus, and my parents. Its way out in Reno, the only routes i know there involve free ways, so my bikes not much help. I need to look up the schedule of the bus to figure out how to get there. Hopefully there will be a bus running when i need to go and when i get out, but taking night classes, it doesnt seem probable. I hate relying on my parents for things like these, but my mom might be my last resort. I dont think she'd mind too much.
I will need her on wednesday though. My classes start before I get off work, and until UPS can switch my shifts, I have to leave early enough to get home to shower, get my shit, and drive to reno. One of the supervisers I unload for when i double said he'd take me, so hopefully ill get transferred pretty soon.
Or at least by September 11th. Though a grave day, it also marks the start of my welding classes. Im really excited to weld for the first time in a few months, and also learn all the things in the advanced classes high school couldnt offer me with all the equipment they couldnt afford.
so pretty much,
as much as I hate school, im really excited to go.
I need more friends and to get posting in some groups.
Youd think of the 700000 people in the Sierra/western Nevada more than 34 of them would have sg accounts.
