Thanks KAS!!! No maybes - just do it!!! I kept saying I'll start tomorrow night, that night passed and said I'll do it the next night... it went on for MONTHS so now that the new year has arrived... I've said the hell with it.. I'M DOING IT and that I've done and I'm starting to feel much better.
Once you start exercising again... you'll start feeling better physically and emotionally!!! Let me know what you decide - would love to hear IF and WHEN you start!!!! I don't wanna hear IF's lol
