i'm sort of in a band now - myself and another guitar player/singer are waiting for our drummer to get out here from florida, then we've got to find a bass player... yada yada. so yes, and no. i'm in band limbo.
about "something happening".. it's basically something we said from the start. we'd all be happy to do the band as long as there was some degree of forward progress.. at this point, all it would take would be something as simple as an e-mail from an interested record label.. not even offering anything.. just asking what we were up to, that kind of thing. as long as there are interested parties and the opportunity for advancement as a band.. then i think we can easily keep doing this. right now i'd say the two most likely scenarios would be to record new demos and get labels interested in that new material.. or get a booking agency interested that is able to get us on bigger tours with bigger bands.
