hmmm i'd like to spend some time in Croatia. my friend has been there 3 times and I still haven't been there once! anyways I say you go somewhere that makes you happy.
Anyway, that's awesome about your movie, good luck with finding reliable actors. It's tough, but it can be done. I've a few friends that have made films and it is a headache, but it's possible.
Personally, I'd like to go to either Norway or Australia, but that's me.
