How long ago did you start the pill?
Usually it fucks with your hormones anywhere between 1-3 months. It'll most likely happen on any birth control pill you take, or the patch or ring (but don't use the patch because it's had some NASTY side effects they've found--like huge increase in stroke and heart attack because of it).
A lot of people get frustrated with BC and quit after a couple weeks or a month and never stick it out, but I promise, once you hit a couple months everything will get better and super normal again and it will stay that way.
And it's SO much nicer being protected like that then relying just on condoms--because there's so much higher a risk of getting prego with them than BC.
Anyway, just my 2 cents. I know it sucks, but I would suggest tried to stick with it for a couple months.
Go through at least one pack before you judge them, it really can totally fuck with you for the first bit. Out of curiousity, what are you on right now? I started with Alesse I had breakthrough problems, it was too weak for me so now I'm on Ortho Tri-Cyclen which is one of the highst hormone level ones, but its fine for me.
Maybe try the NuvaRing? Totally convienient and it has the lowest estrogen levels of all BC. I was on it for 3 years and loved it. Switched to pills a bit ago, though, just because I needed something everyday to remember.
