they'll give you good pain meds and you'll be right as rain.

I had one in November and it wasn't that bad. But I got a double dose of Valium before they did it so that probably helped.

Don't wuss out. Get a small hammer and a chisel and just knock it out at home.

i hear root canals are actually THAT BAD, but get the gas and you'll be ok.

I asked for it. Because I already know that I am terrified of the dentist and it makes me sick to my stomache.. I think I asked for it when I went in to have the tooth looked at. I had chipped the tooth and I didn't know I was going to need the root canal.

My dentist also had valium on hand that he could give out. Which he did when the one dose of valium wasn't enough.
