back in the day, after closing the Stein Club (RIP) a friend and his buddies came over to my place (at the time about 7 blocks from the club) and we imbibed in a home made decoction of wormwood in vodka. It was bitter as hell and I had a DOOZY of a hangover the nerxt morning. The feeling was interesting, but I didn't see colors. I would be interested in trying the real thing, tho. As I understand, it is still illegal in both England and France. The Czeks have been making it non-stop since the teens tho.
