maybe if we didn't have the electoral college, i would have voted. but my vote isn't worth a damn. people say if you don't vote you don't have the right to complain about whoever gets elected, but that's bull. if i choose not to vote for either candidate, i can complain about whoever the hell gets elected, because i didn't want either of them in the goddam first place.

at the same time...it would have been nice if i could have gotten married in the next few years. but right now it looks like that just won't happen. guh.

fuck you politics. you gave me a nervous breakdown in 2001/2, i won't let you do it to me again.

so anyway.

cristina painted me today! it turned out really nicely. it looks like my ugly face alright! heh. i want to take a picture and post it up so everyone can see what a good painter she is. i will do this. soon. yes.

it's kinda neat to have yourself painted. so much more interesting than a photograph, just because you get to see how the painter sees you. or something. it helps that xtina is not a shitty painter. yay, painting!

if she wants to later it would be neat to do it again. i will choose a less painful way to sit. it will be lovely.

tomorrow, i MUST tell chong i am quitting. i must.
