Interesting times! Far too many people deny they have a problem rather than face up to the facts, it's refreshing to see someone who can identify that they have issues and knows that they need to fight to resolve them.

I'm far from in a perfect place and I have a lot of shit to deal with, that I really struggle to make people understand. So generally speaking I bottle myself up and uncork every now and then... In the bad way of course...

A lot of what you say seems really familiar to me too.
I too am wishing for 2009 to be done with. I know a lot of the things that need fixing are down to me, but sometimes i sit and wonder where to start.

I managed to get hold of some vegan worcestershire sauce from Tesco once, however I've never seen it in there again I look everytime I go, but with no joy.
