Doughy, I feel doughy.

Its about time to get outside in this beautiful fall weather and get some exercise eeek

Its always good to re-evaluate and re-set once in a while. Its so easy to get caught up in things, and slowly drift from the path you should be on.

Friday, at last.

So I have a 4 month year old little girl, she is Totally Awesome.

Anyone thinking if they want a baby or not, or just plain not
They are the best things ever.
(unless you like sleep, free time, extra money and sickless clothes)

So I ran a 4 mile race today in Central Park, I am now regretting having smoked for the last 8 years (i gave up 23 and a half months ago) but my lungs still feel like they are full of smokey cobwebs.

so....I am not used to updating this thing yet, so here is what I am feeling today.

I was told on Sunday my Dad will not recover from his cancer, and anything they will do is to "improve the quality of his life"
which really sucks, especially as I live in a different country than the rest of my family.
