I think that constantly questioning ourselves about whether or not we are good people is a healthy and essential part of growing and being self-aware. It's when we stop questioning and learning about ourselves that's the problem.
Yay to the balls. I grew some a few years and its far easier to go though life without giving other people's negativity about you. MY self esteem has risen alot when I cut a few people out of my life that had never made me feel good , just a failure.
