Melatonin works for me if I can get myself to bed. But I usually don't have a problem sleeping, just winding down to the point that I want to go to bed. Sorry things have been all-around sucking for you. Can you channel any of that negative emotion into some songwriting? It's gotta go somewhere, might as well get something out of it while you can. Purge. Hope things change soon. Take care.

I HATE INSOMNIA. hi, it's 4am...tried to go to sleep hours ago. didn't work out so well. had great plans to get up early and get a bunch of stuff done, but no. no sleep.
