I, Zombie is about unfortunate Jim Monroe. Who wakes up in a morgue on a slab. Is he dead? yes! Is everyone else dead? Yup! There's only one thing wrong. While the rest of the population seems to be running around not knowing what they are doing, or unable to stop themselves, Jim is completely aware. Though he's not breathing, and his heart is not beating; he knows what is going on around himself. He is both shocked and horrified. Follow Jim, the zombie with a brain, as he tries to make heads or tails about all the situations unfolding around him.
This short story is a wonderful quick read.
I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
