Have you ever been climbing at Chelsea Piers? I haven't, but I've heard it's awesome. I know it isn't the same as the real thing, but do you have any interest?

Also, in the summer, there's an annual SG East Coast Camping Trip. I highly recommend it. It's mostly about getting drunk with a bunch of rowdy perverts, but there were opportunities for hiking, rafting/kayaking, and fishing. And there were plenty of spiders around. And we did have to pee in the woods. (There was a porta-potty, but it was GROSS.)
