So very true!

It's an odd phenomenon. Well not going stag to a wedding is better than nothing.

the only bad thing about seeing that movie was that it was premiere night, so all the fratboy dude-buddy-brahs were out in force. Now, me and my buddy K can be extremely loud and annoying at these type of movies (because, seriously, they need to be mocked), but the dude-buddy-brahs were literally screaming and laughing at everything, even things that weren't funny (they were laughing at the opening credits and the fact there were waves). A sure case of the dimwits that heard about the movie and how it was going to be awful and any smart person would find the humour in that. So they went to show how smart they were by laughing at everything. Dolts.

Absolute highlight of the movie, to toot my own horn, was my smart ass remark at the moment you see the witness kid's drawing of himself surfing, noting that "he drew that with a pencil?" despite the fact it was rendered in full colour. Only me, K, and the couple sitting in front of us heard it, but we couldn't stop laughing. Soon enough, the fratboys a few rows back noticed us laughing, and assuming they missed something, started laughing like freaks so as not to look like they missed it.

And I'm very good at leaving fullsized blog entries in other people's comments. Have you noticed yet?

Sort of like the air conditioning blowing a little in your ass. Yeah, uh huh!

Good to see you Sunday! (and Friday!)

Thanks for coming out. . . it was very nice to see you twice even. I hope that you and I will fall into Category 1 or 2 that I talked about in the car.
automatic:
Nope.

Friend.

I'm always thinking about my 'net friends.

yeah, that's why i still haven't seen Clerks 2... the thought of being surrounded by a large body of kevin smith fans_of the type that got in because everyone in their dorm told them to watch jay & silent bob strike back_frankly terrifies me. I tend to just pick up movies on dvd. The 3 movies I've been to this year trounce the 1 I saw at a theatre last year (though that one was amazing in it's own right... Jonathan Scheck and a bunch of mexican actors repeating the lines they'd learnt phonetically? Words escape me.)
