Two of my sisters have had it all of their lives pretty bad..I grew up watching them struggle with it..I can see if they have any suggestions if you want? I know my niece has had problems with it as well, I'm sure they're using something that helps with it.. It seems like unfortunately lately in life ive dealt with slight issues with it myself but nothing too bad :(

My sisters also get it. Sucks. I find its stress related. Telling someone not to stress is like telling them not to breath. Such a natural part of our lives. 

I apparently have psoriasis which is quite annoying, my scalp is always itchy and flaky. I do wonder if I have a mild case of what you have though on my neck. Maybe not but it's something and I feel your pain
