I am an introvert, it is almost impossible for me to go up to a shop owner and say, "Hey, can I get naked in your shop and can you close up business for a few hours at no charge? "

If you put the themes out there I am sure the community here would look for you and give you some ideas where they have had success previously. And off hours or closed days are a good way to get smaller businesses to allow their space to be used, but you will likely have to pay for the time unless you do a bunch of paperwork.
