he walked!!
he took his first steps today!!
two and a half steps to be precise!! then he saw his daddy and stumbled 
he's all tuckered out and asleep now (poor thing has a cold too)
i'll post piccies when i find my upload cable
also, though not everyone wants to hear it (that's your warning to stop reading
) i got my period today! that wouldn't be blog worthy, except that it's my first in almost two years because of the pregnancy and subsequent breastfeeding! so that was exciting! 
a relative of mine died this week. i wasn't told about her death or invited to the funeral because my family doesn't like me
she was like a pseudo-grandma to me (though actually my brother's mum-in-law) so it's not like her death was unexpected age-wise, but she'd just got married earlier this year, and her now widower of a husband had just lost his previous wife two years earlier. i never met him, but goddamn, that poor man 
lots of people have been asking me about the multi i shot. well we have the pics, but we're having trouble sorting through the pictures because, well frankly, they suck
*groan* that's it! i'm never working with another photographer who doesn't already have accepted SG sets!! (except for Khoos, cuz she's awesomesauce)
the photographer who shot our multi was no fucking professional (though he claimed to be). i'm so disappointed. but we put so much time, money and effort into the set that we're going to select the best shots and submit them anyway. if nothing else, we can get some constructive criticism on our modelling
i guess the best part of the shoot was our video
i really hope to shoot with a staff photographer sometime soon, but the timing all depends on travel expenses, how long i have to save
WOOT! fucking hell yeah! i just got a popcorn shell out of my teeth that i'd been working on for two hours!
but i was entertained in the meantime, watching Anchorman!
