its good your dad is ok, thats great! good vibes all around!!! animals do sense spirits better than humans, but as long as they have not been acting aggressive, normally whatever in the house is not evil nor harmful
Your dog in the first pic looks like those tiny stuffed cats & dogs McDonald's had a prizes in their Happy Meals some time ago...the ones with the big head and tiny body. Your dog is cute!
Glad to hear your dad is now on the road to recovery. I hope he has a speedy recovery!
Just stumbled across your profile and read about your dad's stroke. I hope that he recuperates well and quickly! My father had a stroke about 10 years ago and he still has signs left from it. He can function well and even drive but his whole personality has changed (he used to be the man in charge and now he's very laid back and docile; he's pretty emotional too). He also had the paralysis thing too afterwards. I wish the best for you and your family! Btw, your little guy is adorable! How old is he?
I'm happy to hear your dad is doing good! Sometimes my cat acts really strange but then goes back to normal, I think they conspire to do that just to see how the humans will react to the new behaviour, or if they can freak them out... then they laugh about it later. Or maybe I just think it's like that because my cat is a jerk..
First off your pets and son are so cute!!!
The dog could have been upset by spirits. It happens to my cats all the time. And on the subject of cats, sometimes they just change in personality for no reason. My onw cat Daine, we use to call him the Grumpy Old Man but last time I was home he was super affectionate. Animals are just as strange as people ;P
My grandma was the same way. She had a stroke just before Christmas and threatened the doctor to let her out of the hospital or he'd be the one in the hospital bed. I love my grandma!! So feiisty!! lol
And it's a very strange day when you're parents start treating you like a person and not a kid.
Awww, 7 months is such a fun and cool age! I nursed as well and was glad that I did. I really miss the baby stage. Mine are 4 (son, Donnie) and 2 (daughter, Elizabeth, aka Ella). My hubby is glad that they're more self sufficient because he keeps 'em at night while I work but man, I miss them being little cuddle bugs. I am lucky though because in general they both are pretty cuddly. Just miss cute babyness. hehe I just thought I'd share my dad's stroke experience. It's definitely tough. He is so different personality wise. He's still a big goofball though. Hope you have a great weekend!
Glad you got to see your parents and that your dad is doing better. I'm going to see mine at the end of the week.
About the animals, I'm not sure what could be going on. Maybe you do have a 'spook' roaming around. Have you changed their food recently? How about Oz, is he crawling around now? They may be acting weird because of all the attention baby gets.
