Other then that there are less expensive places a bit further away you can get, maybe you can find someone who will let you use their backyard (preferably a big one) then you can rent chairs and all that.
My friends reception was all homemade finger foods if you find a few friends who dont mind helping cook for it (and again i can help if you want) that cuts a lot of the cost. If you want we can chat about it and i can make a few low cost dish recommendations?
Aww, hon, I wish you weren't having such a hard time with this.
Just try and keep things in perspective. You're marrying a man you love, and if you can do that with family and a few close friends around, nothing else really matters.
But that's probably occurred to you already. It's a shame I'm so far away. I'm gifted when it comes to getting things done as cheaply and efficiently as possible.
