Who needs New Years resolutions? My philosophy in simple: If there's something in your life you want to change, change it. No matter what time of year it is!
Well, on the other hand, you inspired me to make a resolution, although it may extend beyond the length of 2010.
It has set me on a path of tragedy, danger, bravery, witty banter, romance, occasional anachronism, high drama, treachery, nobility, and often unrecognized puns... none of these my own. It is a path with discrete steps - although these steps may often reveal another's indiscretion- that millions upon millions have taken before, but the odds are that none have taken the steps in the same order as I shall.
All in all, there are 37 steps, some of which I revisit, some which I shall see for the first time, and the first I started today.
I shall have to go check out your story, but contribution shall most likely have to wait until when my brain is back to rights- my day and night have decided they each prefer the other's place once more, and Monday is coming fast. This leaves me at the moment good for drinking tea and perhaps cracking wise in bursts, but little else.
Many, many good thoughts shall go to you for the next two weeks. Not that they wouldn't, anyway.
