What a coincidence. I was watching Matrix Reloaded last night. So did your friend turn up?

Why scuba diving? Why not. I haven't done this before and I'll try just about _anything_ once. The thought of complete freedom of movement fascinates me.

The best anime, I've seen recently is Spirited Away. Some people on this site rave about it. As for me, it's something I'd want to watch once, maybe twice.

As for the crappy anime, well... um... I've seen Beserk #1 (Good), Gasaraki (gets weird at the end), but nothing beats the weirdness in Evangellion.

The worst I've seen is Gundam Wing. The dialog/storyline contradicts itself at every turn. For example, one of the characters joins the circus, and then as part of his 'act' enters the tent in a giant robot, kills everyone, blows the tent to bits and then makes a run for it. Then at the end of that ep, the owner of the circus says: "What a nice boy! I wish he would come back someday. I guess he has some issues to work out!" WTF! Are they trying to be funny? I'd like to think that something was lost in the translation, but suspension of disbelief goes only so far. It's embarrasing.

I keep buying anime DVDs thinking that they just *have* to get better, but I always end up feeling ripped off. I rent them from the CD Library opposite the train station these days. Ever been there?

What anime have you seen?

Take care sweet alita, wink

People: can't live with em, can't live without em.

Hey Alita, have you seen the Fighting for Australia's Future Website. You're going to be at the rally at Forrest Place this Sunday? If you like, we can hook up. We can talk about Anime and nerdy shit. Heck, I don't even know what you look like.

I'm sorta planning to do The Big Walk on that day as well and that's going to take all morning and I'll be a sweaty mess afterwards.

Hugs and take care
