Blaaaah. Miss the Sam. He's out somewhere cavorting with his boys. He hasn't seen them in awhile though, so it's cool. Just wanting a good cuddle and maybe a lay to go with it.

I've discovered that part of the reason I smoke so much is that I compulsively smoke when other people do. I've cut back ever since I moved out of my old apartment, where I lived with four other people who smoked. There was always someone smoking, so of course I was puffing away frantically. I smoke when Sam smokes because that's our "talking time" when we go out on the porch and smoke and chat. And of course we share the ritual morning cigarette together. I was watching The Royal Tenenbaums earlier, and whenever Gweneth Paltrow's character Margot lit up, I found myself thinking, "Man, I need a smoke".
This can't be good for me.

One of my best friends from high school may be coming to visit me on Saturday. I love her to death. Maybe I can nick the digicam from my housemate and take pics of us to put in my pics section. Perhaps, perhaps.

Very boring day. Doing a shit ton of laundry and tonight I plan on dying my roots (black hair with light brown roots just isn't my thing). Woo. Trying to track down Sam for ice cream.
