Ah, 2007! An excuse to pre-date checks by a year! Yay! 
Things are blah otherwise, though I did spend a good time having my family kick my ass at Ticket to Ride. I'm looking at possibly having to start a new gaming group from scratch, as one of the guys (and one of my podcast cohosts, which I only mention because he's not reading this particular blog) is agitating to take over part of the group GMing, at my expense. If that's what ends up happening, I have no plans to play in his game, and will only stick with the group for Vegas stuff.
It's finding new players that sucks. I've never had a whole lot of luck with that. There's a better than decent chance that if I do this, his wishes will come to pass anyway because I couldn't get the critical mass I like in a group.
Oh well... tomorrow, it's a day off from work, more football, and I've been putting off the viewing of When Harry Met Sally that has been beckoning. That movie has meant different things to me at different times, usually with me projecting myself and a woman I'm interested in on the titular characters. Right now, it makes me think of The Ghost.
I really should resolve to forget about her.
