I am an artist by trade -- not a tattoo artist, just the pen and ink kind -- and I have designed many of my wife's tattoos and some for our friends as well. I would be happy to help you out and create a design for you.
However, we are in the midst of moving this week and I will be offline for about ten days or so. If you can wait I'll be willing to put your ideas down on paper for you. I can't recommend a Portland tattoo artist, but after we get settled I plan to walk into every place in town to find our new artist -- my wife can't last too long without ink injections.

Also, for whatever it's worth, those aluminum bottles have been used in Japan for a number of years. The first time I saw one I was really weirded out. I have one from Sprite that has English on one side and Japanese on the other.
Oh god, you're all going to think I'm so weird, but I kinda have a phobia of drinking things in cans...I can't do it! I have to have glass bottles or nothing! I guess I'm all paranoid that the aluminum will leach out of the can and into the beverage and then you ingest it, and then NO GOOD can come from it!!
