I have never blogged before , I hate writing journals. I was always under the impression that diaries are meant to be private. I am terribly shy under impersonal circumstance. I am quite the opposite in person once I am comfortable in my surroundings.
Anyways I have a dilema, I am in a catch 22 situation. I have tried numerous times to join the SG East group so that I might find out where the social occasions are so that I might eventually get off my lazy shy butt and maybe go . However to get into the group you need to have someone vouch for you . And here is the problem . I have not met anyone from the site in person since i first got my membership at the tattoo north expo two years ago. So I do not know anyone very well to vouch for me . So I need some advice . What should I do ?

I feel similarly, I'm much better at connecting with people in person. The internet is kinda weird, for meeting people. With the SG East group, I'd suggest be more active in general, blog more, join more groups, etc.
