Okay, I just gotta get this off my chest:
Natural selection only gets rid of beings so poorly prepared for their environments that they are unable to successfully reproduce.
Your little toe, therefore, not being at all detrimental to your ability to get it on, will never be eliminated from the gene pool.
Neither will your third molar.
Your offspring won't be born with sharper vision and a computer-friendly spinal configuration.
