Rad. I've still never seen snow fall, and I've only been in it in the wilderness. I've never seen a city of any measurable size covered in snow. That looks awesome. biggrin
glassheart:
IM SO FUCKING JEALOUS!
freakpirate:
No spicy? No raw? No invertebrates? God damn... you're no fun at all.

glassheart:
hahahaha! yeay!

I know, I know. Its not up to me, though. It all depends on where I get into med school. Yet, after my trip, I decided to apply to OHSU. So, who knows. Its definitely not my first choice of schools, but its now on my application list.
glassheart:
p.s.- ill be in pdx again the last week of march.
erica:

<< Jealous shocked

It's so cool that you got to walk into PGE park! I love the ghost town sort of phenomenon that seems to come when it snows somewhere it doesn't snow all the time.
jonasgrumby:
Wow, those photos make me homesick. I haven't been in Portland during a really good snow since I was a teenager. I lived a few blocks away from a golf course in NE when I was a kid, which was great for sledding...
cassiopeia:
Those pictures are amazing. I would love to take a walk right now and look at everyone's snowmen...
ninadelamorte:
wtf?!? I thought it never really snowed much in Portland? Now I am beyond jealous. I may just have to re-think my plans and move there anyway! Not that I ever really stopped wantng too. tongue
malloreigh:
That's really awesome, congratulations!
anesthesia:

venice:
Hehe. Every once in a while I can be awesome.
malloreigh:
It's snowed about five times so far this year I think! A record, I'm sure.
d20:
one of the (zillion) dnb sub-genres often uses a live band... jazz n bass ftw!

oddly though, this guy was playing dark step live. interesting and unusual.
kestrel:
Snow isn't weird in Oregon, dear.
Black market? I only know of a few folks to ask, and Judy isn't putting out. wink
