I had to google the Malaysian orchid mantis because I could see the flower and not the mantis. Quite surprised to see the flower WAS the mantis.

aww I'm sorry about your loss frown No matter what kind of pet it is, or how small, it's always hard to part with. I cried when my golfish died, and when my mouse died... people laughed at me for it, but I love all my pets, big or small.

Sorry it died. Insects don't usually live for long (by our standards). But, you still have pictures of it to remember it by. I hope you gave it a nice little burial in the backyard.
