Do you enjoy super fun superhero movies that are fun? Then may I recommend The Marvels, which has such a great spirit, it just exemplifies what a good superhero movie should be all about: strength, love, smarts, cooperation, and cats with tentacles that swallow people whole.

Do you enjoy heist movies that insult its audience? Then may I recommend the big budget Lift, which is _so_ full of _such_ nonsense that it boggles. I can’t figure who this movie was for. If you’re not smart, it’s too complex. If you’re smart, it’s terrible. It’s not good for anyone.
Saw S2E1&2: still good. They’re keeping the quality from S1 going. It follows S1 directly, so you’d be utterly lost if you start with S2—and S2E1 has _zero_ recap (no room!). This show just goes. What’s interesting: Not a great deal of B story—because it’s all well connected to A story. A simple plot—also not.

Do you enjoy actually great big-budget action movies done extremely well? Then may I recommend Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning, which sports a simple-dimple plot, perfect for the genre, and has amazing stunts, amazing sequences, is fresh, high tension, and everything you want in such a film. Fab!
