well you can run arround in a park... if you can't go out.. cudle under some warm blankets, drink some hot coco and fill a water bag with hot water and place it on youre belly

me too...im cold right now...and for some reason its always cold inside my house, even when its boiling outside.Hot chocolate and a blankie is the go!
