charlie_stars:

see_roxxeekitty:
I want to back to the US. frown Been before?
philz:
i'm going back for a few weeks in august. i'm not too sure i'd want to live there forever, but i know what you mean about having to get off this island. i'd try moving somewhere else in the UK first, where you don't really know anybody at all. give that a whirl for a few months, see if you can hack being the new boy in town. that's got to be a better way of finding out than getting over there and thinking "err... shit!"
nic:
Spike, when I said there are "plenty more fish in the sea", I didn't mean that there are "plenty more underaged girls on the internet."

Why don't you go out and meet some real women?
nic:
So whose your new missus then? Or were you only kidding?
nic:
Ha! My sources are incorrect then.

At ease, soldier.
october:

Move, move and be damned. Or saved. S'nearly the same thing. Depends... I'd like to move stateside too, but not until I have an education under my belt. Incidentally, I did already look into moving over there...and it's stupidly difficult. A tad like its President.

Your Subconscious Says: "Stay here. The UK needs all the cool it can get."
ninadelamorte:
Suzanne Vega songs always get stuck in my head. Them and "Rachel's Song" from the Blade Runner Soundertack by Vangelis. That song haunts me.

Nah... went to Cornwall for the bank holiday weekend. Lovely country.. Got drunk on Saturday night.. forgot to eat. WHOOPS and acted like I was 18 again. Slept through most of sunday recovering so didn't get the most out of the trip! could have got drunk and hung over at home... ah well.

Am I to understand from Nic's comments that you have recently become single? If so feel free to vent. If not well sorry for butting in.
lysistrata:
What? you've moved to the States? where? When? are you there yet?

WHOLLEY MOLLEY... talk. direct me to the journal entry where I can read all about it...
lysistrata:
you said "I've just had enough of the UK, and have no reason to stay here"

OH my god.. that's exactly how I feel. I've put notice in at work and once the school year is done.. I'm OUTTA here... whoo hoo...

anyway doll Illinois? what is there? Moving to the states seems fun.. but isn't it difficult to get a visa? what job will you do? why not NY or LA, San Fransico, Seattle, Portland, even Las Vegas.. but Illinois? it's just so Random!
misterjesus:
