I'd like to not be quite so handsome, ha ha ha, kidding of course. Uh, I'm afraid if I were to be changed physically for the better it'd ruin my mindset and all the bullshit I've learned to deal with would be out the window! (that's my escapist avoiding the direct answer so y'all don't know my insecurities!) Yeah, yer right about it being nice when pretty girls wanna help, very nice...
also wanted to say that that sucks that that happened to you...one thing i *wasn't* picked on for was weight (was always a scrawnbag) but i cringe every time i see or hear of a kid who is.
concern with weight is in the collective neurosis of our culture so i think kids who get picked on for it are usually scarred in some way or other (not necessarily a bad thing...we need our scars i guess), but i have a few friends who back in the day had a bit of extra weight, and even if they are thin now they *still* think they are fat...*sigh*
Very true N. When I was in grade 7 the class secretly voted me "Biggest Ass in the Class". It had been unanimous, my supposedly best friend said. You wouldn't believe how that effected me. It also explains the subscriptions to shape, fitness, and self magazine.
your kitty looks so comfy.
