I just responded to your last blog entry. You are writing a lot. I've been wanting to get a pullup bar for a while. I've been wondering the same thing. I saw something on TV once that you use in a doorway, who knows if that's any good, but my only doorway is in the kitchen, sooo...
Can i get in on some of that stabby action? From all that I've read about that douche, an expert is not unwarranted. Gunmetal. Oh yes, Gunmetal. Speaking of painting, what else are you up too?
Yeah, I met him briefly about 12 years ago at a speaking event. I stuck around afterwards to shake his hand and tell him the impact his book had on me.
I have a pull up bar. Get the iron gym one that you don't have to attach with any screws or braces. I haven't fucked up my door jam yet and I'm 165#.
Giving control of the weather over to robots seems to me to be very unwise.
Wow. Lemonheads. Blast from the past.....
Glad you are happy my friend. Hope you have a blast with your beer shenanigans.
Howard was 87, that is a long and full life and he left a lot of good stuff behind. Enjoy your shenanigans. I'm not such a big fan of the in house pull up bars - they get loose and that can cause injury. What about taking the bus to the beach in Santa Monica and using the fitness equipment there?
Gunmetal toe nails should co-ordinate well with the sheen of your new pull-up bars (which, BTW, won't come crashing down). Sorry to hear of Zinn's passing - sane people are increasingly harder to find.
I never thought of myself as overly sad, or that the music I so enjoyed back then was, but in hindsight I suppose it's partially true. I found Nirvana uplifting, but people keep telling me he was a downer.
You can totally be Statler. We had such a great night. I have her smell on me right now. I'm not going to get to see her until next week and I am still trying to soak in her scent. Sigh.
