I don't know if it counts as a challenge but over a year and a half ago I started working out again and hired a trainer. I've lost some fat, put on plenty of muscle, and now I'm probably the strongest I've ever been. All I can recommend is don't worry so much about your size or weight and just work on feeling good.

Had a few early starts this week with even more to come! Back into training and fitness sessions after having a back injury all last week and I'm finally starting to feel good!

Got my fitness weigh on next week and hopefully going to take some fitspo photos 💪🏻💕
