Freshly roasted coffee is so damn tasty! I need to get my hands on a roaster, as the pan is a pretty smokey affair. I set off the smoke alarm several times even with the range hood on full. I'm holding off on shelling out for a roaster for a little bit, but green beans are 1/2 to 1/4 the price of pre-roasted beans, so it should pay itself off fairly easily.
