Right on for starting your own business! It's tough being assertive sometimes but trust me, you need to be otherwise you will get walked on. I've had my own oilfield service company for 7 years now and I've learned along the way that nobody cares like you do or does what you need until you drop the hammer and take control. Business does not have room for emotions unfortunately. At the end of the day it's your money and your name on the lease and loan papers. Best of luck in the future
