The 2nd Annual Testicle festival was off the hook....hee hee...ok not really, but it was a total blast for a down home, small town gathering. Let me just say the cooked beef testicles..breaded in seasoned flour and fried in pepper infused olive oil are DELICIOUS. they aren't nearly as exotic tasting as they sound. if you didn't know what you were eating you might think they were chicken or any other run of the mill meat.

HOWEVER...I think at some point in college I must have swallowed a 20 year old frat boy and now he's trying to get out. I got involved in a challenge to eat a peice of raw testicle without vomiting. heh. yeah I'm proud actually. I think I need to go on a game show and win some money with my stomach of steel!
