I’ve been the same way lately. Usually I can sleep with the window open but since it’s been colder I’ve been shutting the window and putting my weighted blanket on with the heater 🤣
gotta stop watching the news in the morning ( beyond the weather report ), shootings, stabbings, theft, arson, & anti-PD protesters ( and that's just from the Fri to this am )

using up some time for the next 229hrs ( 9d, 13hrs for those who abhor math ), so I'll be local just not workwise :) ...a bit planned for part of Monday & my girls this weekend ( with a pre-sweet16 for my eldest ), but that's pretty much it - definitely gotta get more active !

Pondering DC/Arlington/Alexandria for 2022 vacation
- should I go 2nd/3rd week May or 2nd/3rd week June ( June looks cheaper ? )
