Remember when Seneca told us that looking forward to death is a mistake? That death has already claimed all the years in our past? Every day death claims more of us.

.

What was his warning about not waiting until you get to the dregs of the cask before you savor the wine?

So dear, I've always been devoted to enjoying every second of life in my life today, and seeing the beauty of life in small things, for these are the rich lessons we will carry in our minds as we leave here. Everything will be, we will only take our essence!

I will be in Santiago from Jan 14-17, what should I see, eat or do while I am there? TBH I'm mostly interested in the eating part.

I wear mostly black and dark grey not as a reflection of a dark personality or some kind of goth fashion sense but because I have yet to eat a single fucking meal without spilling a portion of it on my shirt.

My clothes are mostly all black too. I love how I look in black and a lot of my jobs required me to wear all black lol

My living room: the furniture is pointed at a coffee table. My parlour: the chairs are pointed at the parlour table, but I usually have the curtains open and look out at my garden. and then I realize that it needs weeding.... again. In the basement common area it is pointed at a computer. I had cable for  while in Raleigh, but all I ever ended up watching were documentaries, or cartoons.
