Good day today.
Did my yoga. 15 minutes of the 20 minute work out. I will get all the way through it, but it will take some time. I am VERY out of shape and have to be careful.
We went shopping as well, while hungry...and didn't buy anything bad.
Small victories.
Dinner is Quorn "Chicken" patties...salad, and veggies with lowfat french onion dip.
