but all together I am giving myself until 8/28/2014 (my 32nd birthday) to lose at least 120 lbs.

Height: 5'8"
Weight: 361 lbs
Waist: 61.5"
Chest: 56"
Shoulders: 21"
Neck: 20.5"
Biceps relaxed: 16"
Bicep flexed: 18"
Wrist: 8.5"
Thigh: 30" (I once dated a girl with a 24" waist. Her pants would not have fit my LEG.)
Calves: 19"
And so it begins.

As a person who has helped 3 patients go from >300 lbs to <150lbs I can tell you that it is all in mild, simple PT exercise 3x a day (takes 5 minutes), regular fitness walks (3x a week or more) and about 1500 calories of healthy foods every day, with one 100 calorie snack a day. Oh, and don't eat after 7pm. You are TOTALLY capable of doing it and if you need an encourager I can totally do that for you! Don't try to rush into it or overdo it or you'll burn out and relapse. I have faith in you because your blogs and messages have been so full of honesty and quality. I truly believe you are one of those who has the full ability to kick ass!
