So its Thursday night and this afternoon I had one of my episodes where I get so excited about something I just wanna POP... With the bout just under two days away at this point, I'm so jacked up and excited I almost can't sleep. (Usually the night before I can't...)
Sooooo, in order to try and burn off some of that pent up angst I have, I went to the gym... Ran a mile and a half in 13:06, which is damn impressive if you look at the pictures of my ankle... that accomplishment in itself just made me more jacked up (not my original intention but whatever). Anyways, It has been about 9 months since the injury and have not tried to run at that level since I got hurt.
Anyways, got school and work again tomorrow so I;m gonna try to get some sleep. Saturdays work at 7am then the game at 8pm...
