I just got back from Texas. I am closing on a house there as we speak. I hope the deal goes through without a hitch. ...I'm not going to live in it. It's my first investment. I am a bit of a minimalist. I usually drink the extra cup of orange juice just so I can finish off he cart and toss it out. But I just have an uncontrollable voice inside of me telling me that I really need to own something tangible. Somewhere I can go if my life as I know it exploded. ...Even if the only reasonable thing I could afford right now is in Texas.
