I am biased, but try a little bit of Bubblegum Crisis 2040 for the cyberpunk fix. It may be a bit dated by some peoples standards, but I still dig it.

Are you just looking for something simillar to the cyberpunk-hot-androids-with-guns segment? or are you looking for more the Insanely-complex-political/philisophical-mindfuck segment?

hmm, a little from column A and a little from column B. I don't mind really although I prefer a more serious and 'realistic' world rather than a comedic and fluffy one.

Try RD Sennou Chosashitsu (also known as Real Drive) It's currently airing in Japan but you can download some Fansubbed episodes. It's not really cyber punk, but it is interesting sci-fi with very well done animation and an interesting and complex plot.
