I've started a diet too about 7 weeks in and lost over 2 stones, most of it was done on a very low calorie diet of 2 drinks a day over 4 weeks, I missed food though so i've counting calories now and its going ok.
Yeah it was really hard at first. Glad to be on food and just counting calories. Still on low calories. Down to 1200, I'm full though cos I shrunk my stomach :). Xxx
Yeah it really is! Love it here. Have you tried exercise at all? Loosing weight is great but if you only constrict your calories you'll lose fat and muscle. If you work on adding muscle, you'll have more tone and definition, plus muscle burns more fat in the resting phase than other tissue, plus you'll find it easier to keep the weight off long term.
