Bangs definitely look good with your complexion. Have you considered going with roundy-shaped bangs with the tapered sides, rather than straight(like in your pic)? I think that would look particularly good on you. But what do I know about hair, I'm a guy :P
That's the right length for bangs in the picture, which I do recognize from 2011 of course, but not having them means you don't need to trim them. Apart from that, either way is equally good since you always look wonderful. You have great taste so it's gracious of you solicit the opinions of others here but most of us could take lessons in aesthetics from you. 😍
