I was starting to wonder how can someone do a trip of that dimensions without being like super rich or something; but thought it would be rude asking. Great tips! Glad to know that just with enough effort one can make a journey like that. Thanks for the advices, and keep enjoying your trip!! :)
very true. travelling is the best thing to spend your money on i think. the people you get to meet whilst in a completely new location are the best part of it i think. id encourage everyone to get out and see the world as much as their means allows them, and you've just mapped out a great blueprint to make the most out of it.
Everything you said is 100% true. I just got back from a family trip to the U.S. Virgin Islands and now all I want to spend my money on is travel. Travel is much more enriching to a person's life than material possessions.
What you're doing and how you're doing it are sincerely cool and inspirational...but on the real, how you paid for it all is nobody's business but your own. It's cool that you laid it out for everyone, so long as the primary motivation to do so was to reinforce to yourself the well-deserved sense of pride in proving to yourself that you can dream up and execute a plan like this. People fixated on the finances of it all are usually just looking for a reason to not respect or support your endeavor. Maybe I'm projecting, but that shit just drives me crazy.
