Zwan kicks ass, though I avoid posting in the music boards as much as possible. It gets pretty negative in there and for every positive comment that gets thrown out there are two or three people standing by to argue with you - I just dont' have time for that...

I think SP was a great band, I'm only drawing some comparisons so you can get an idea of the sound.. Richer guitar textures (what with 3 lead guitarists on the roster that was inevitable). Richer vocals (Corgan's no better or worse a singer, but now there are others in the band pitching in on backing vox, giving it a bigger feel). There's still plenty of melancholy in the lyrics, but the overall tone seems more hopeful. It's one of the best albums I've gotten all year...

Son of a Biatch. This was a long week. I went to court for
that $500 speeding ticket and I talked to the judge. I was
like hey foo I dont got $500 bones. So he cut me a deal and
dropped it to 195. I was like hell yeah. I'm so happy and I
dont have to pay it off till August. Whooooo Whoooo
I have 3 days off in a row. I got the forth of July off. Its the
busy-est day of the year. Hmmmm just one more month till
I can drink leagally. I can't wait to destroy my liver
