I’m often asked about spicy food since I live in Asia, where it’s everywhere. But as a passionate fan of Greek and Italian cuisine, I’ve always remained true to my gastronomic preferences. Hot peppers? They’ve never been my “type.” I remember the first time I tried a spicy dish. It was a fiery touch that took my breath away.
